Dear Jesus, 

Light, Who created the universe, lay swaddled in child-form in the straw.  Shepherds believed Your words and made haste, like children, running to see a swaddled Child. Simeon saw a poor young couple with their Child and he believed You in child-like faith, having seen Your Salvation. Wise men believed the story in the sky, a sign so simple a child could understand. They traveled far, coming to a humble home to worship a Child they knew as King. Many are those who believed the signs You gave. They came, believed and lived. 

We believe though we have not seen You (1Peter 1:8). We believe with child-like faith all You say. We believe You took our sin away; You said so. Thank you for coming as a Child, to make a child of God out of me.
