Biggest No Brainer

“Everyone who calls upon the Name of the Lord [Jesus] will be saved.” Romans 10:13 (NIV)

“The jailer then brought them out and asked, ‘Sirs, what must I do to be saved? They replied, ‘Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved—you and your household.”  Acts 16:30-31 (NIV)

“They asked Jesus, ‘What must we do to do the works God requires?’ Jesus answered, ‘The work of God is this: to believe in the One He has sent.’ So, they said…, ’Our ancestors ate manna in the wilderness’…, Jesus said to them, ‘Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is My Father who gives you the True Bread from heaven. For the Bread of God is the Bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” John 6:28-33 (NIV)

“Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven, given to mankind, by which we must be saved.”  Acts 4:12 (NIV)

“Jesus, said, ‘I Am the Way and the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.’”  John 14:6 (NIV)

Dear Lord of the Harvest,

Call the many! Call our friends and families! Call those just casually walking through their lives. Call those who “don’t know what they are doing” (Lk. 23:24)! Call back our nation (Ps.33:12)! Quicken them to receive Your great gift of Salvation, the Living Son of God, Jesus Christ. Open the eyes of their hearts. Pull off the blinders of the god of this world. Pull them back from certain death that they might be saved! Oh, Merciful God, do what You, only You, do best! Save them as You have saved a wretch like me. This we humbly pray, by Your Spirit and in Your will, that all might be saved (1 Tim. 2:3-4).

Yes, Lord. Thank you for helping us look up, acknowledge our situation, and come home to where You are standing with open arms.
