On Dry Ground

“Then the Lord said to Moses, ‘Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the Israelites to move on. Raise your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea to divide the water so that the Israelites can go through the sea on dry ground.” Exodus 14:15,16 (NIV)

“For He says, ‘In the time of My favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you.’ I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2 (NIV)

Dear Lord  of Salvation,

This poor one cried and You answered with Your Own life! (Psalm 34:6) We were helpless to cross the sea of our sin. So You came and were raised on a tree, our Bridge between heaven and earth. Your blood washed the red of our sin white as snow. You drank the sea of our judgment dry. You were stretched out, a Shepherd’s Staff, over the sea of our need. You made the impossible possible. Today is the day to stop crying for what You already gave!

You are the Dividing Line between life and death. You are the Difference between a life buried in shame or swept up in Your glory.

Yes, today is the day! My feet will hit the dry ground running!

In Jesus Name Forever
