Dear Father,
The times we live in bring fitting reminders that history repeats itself. Humanity is still in need of a rescue from the Fall and the many ways it brings destruction to our souls and world.

But You always tell the truth! Thank you for giving the Law that led us to realize we fall short of Your Perfection. Thank you for Hosea; a picture of Your Steadfast Love that rescues!

Thank you for Your Son; the Only Hosea Who could bear all sin’s curse and Rise to tell us!  No longer are death and grave only enemies but a door to You; with Jesus Shepherding us through mere shadows.
