Unbroken Chain

“John the Baptist saw Jesus coming toward him and said, ‘Here is the Lamb of God, Who takes away the sins of the world! He is the One I told you about:  After me comes a Man Who has surpassed me, because He existed before me… He is the One Who baptizes with  the Holy Spirit…He is the Son of God! ‘…

And two of his disciples heard this and followed Jesus. .. Jesus turned and noticed them following Him…They said to Him, ‘Teacher, where are You staying?’ ‘Come and you’ll see,’ He replied. So they went…

And Simon Peter’s brother, was one of the two …so he first found his own brother Simon and told him, ‘We have found the Messiah!’ He brought Simon to Jesus…

The next day …Jesus found Philip and said, ‘Follow Me! ‘  …and Philip found Nathanael and told him, ‘We have found the One Moses and the prophets wrote about…Jesus the son of Joseph, from Nazareth! ‘ And Nathanael said, ‘Can anything good come out of Nazareth?’” John 1:29-46

Dear Seeking God,
Thank you for being the Someone Good that came from an unlikely place; just like us. No one may have thought there was a future, a hope, for such as we are. You did.
Thank you for walking into our life in out of the way places and calling us by name. Thank you for the ones who thought to share Good News with us. Thank you for fellow travelers that live out the faith side by side.
Thank you for an invitation to stay where You are. Thank you for moving into our hearts and expanding the space. Thank you that where You are is the home we always longed for; the life we couldn’t have imagined and now have. Thank you it lasts forever.
In Jesus Name Forever
