He Carries Me

“Like an eagle that stirs up its nest, That hovers over its young, He spread His wings and caught them, He carried them on His pinions.” Deuteronomy  32:11 (NASB)

“Like a Shepherd He will tend His flock. In His arm He will gather the lambs And carry them in His bosom; He will gently lead the nursing ewes.” Isaiah 40:11  (NASB)

“Listen to Me…You who have been borne by Me from birth and have been carried from the womb; Even to your old age I will be the same, and even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; and I will bear you and I will deliver you. Isaiah 46:3,4 (NASB)

Dear Shepherding Eagle,

How many are the ways and expressions of Your love towards us. How You show the tenderness and the strength of Your concern and care for Your own, in all the ways and days of our lives.

There is no height or depth that restrains You! When we think we are falling we ride Your wings! When we cannot take one more step we arrive at our destination. When there isn’t enough, we find we have plenty to go ‘round.

We will fall into Your arms casting all our cares on You. You are the Atlas Who carries the world, though the world doesn’t know it, we do! We love You.

In Jesus Name Forever

Dear Cathie, Thank you for this devotion. This has been my experience with God. Sometimes I don’see it , until I am looking back.I love that at my age , He is able to stir up that faith going into a situation, it makes it so much easier. And knowing He truely cares for me….makess it easier to remember He cares for those I love.
