Dear Joy Inexpressible,
That is Who You are, even when our circumstances make it difficult to feel it. We know, not because we see You, but we see all You have done for us.
We think on what is missing from our life; anger, un-forgiveness and bitterness, to name a few. We think of how we no longer fear opening up every door to every room in our hearts to You. We think of what we now own— hope, peace and eternal life, to name a few.
Joy is not a feeling but a state of being. We know that we know; You chose us to be Your Own! How joyous it is to be picked, desired, wanted, longed for by the most wonderful Person ever—You! We look forward to all that is coming: seeing Your face, no sin or grave, loved ones, and heaven itself, just to name a few!
